The Bayou Storage office will be closed 2/11 - 2/13 for the Mardis Gras Holiday.
You can still make payments online, or speak to customer service by phone to make a payment and/or leave a message for the Office Manager.
Due to the various parades, there will be VERY limited office parking from 2/8 through 2/13.
If you need to access your unit, please do so on or before 2/9, and on or after 2/14, as there will be VERY limited space on Ryan street and VERY limited access to the facility.
This is also a friendly reminder to perhaps process your payments early, as to avoid any unecessary past due fees that may be accrued, or inconvenient lock-action during this time. See the Community Guidelines link below regarding lock-action or late fees.
NO UHAULS ALLOWED at the main 11th St Facility during these dates: 2/9 through 2/13
The office will be OPEN again on Wednesday 2/14 (9a-12p, 1p-5pm )

** Both Lake Charles facilities are equipped with 24 hour audio/video surveillance. We've asked the local police department to frequent our facilities more often during the holiday season, due to office closures. Do not interfere with police action while on the property.
